Tec2Med Global Innovators Association, in 2025 cofounded alongside Hospital de Amor de Barretos and Harena Inovação, major players in healthcare innovation in south america, a new ideation infrastructure of biomedical technology between Portugal and Brazil called CIIMEB – Center for International Innovation in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering. 

CIIMEB has currently several projects under development, including clinical validation projects of promissing international healthtech startups.
